Greater Montreal Territory Manager
Roles
In your role as Territory Manager for Montreal, you will be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with G3 Golf Corporate in order to outline and implement all parts of the G3 Golf Plan.
- Identifying 4 Area Managers - preferably people with winter businesses in golf (indoor driving ranges, Golf-O-Max locations...
- Assist the Area Managers and G3 Golf Professionals in carrying out their duties.
- Develop, organize and run the Special Events in the Greater Montreal area: G3 Golf Pro Tour, G3 Golf League, Greater Montreal Championships...
Rewards
Your compensation will be as follows:
- 5% commission on all G3 Golf Membership dues. At 100,000 golfers, this equals $500k/yr.
- 33% of all profits from Territory-wide golf events (G3 Pro Tour, G3 Golf League, Montreal Golf Championships...)
- 5% commission on all products sales through the website/catalogue.
- A 9.9% equity stake in the company and 10% profit sharing.
